LMW Inc. Asthma / COPD Disease Management Programs

We believe the principle therapeutic relationship is based with the patient and their primary care physician. All of our programs work to support that physician in providing the latest "best methods" at the point of care, with a seamless product that is identified as a service provided and directed by the physician. We further support the practice with ongoing monitoring and reporting of key indicators or care, and maximizing billing guidelines for physician practice profitability.
